'We are now living in a totally new era' Henry Kissinger visionary statesman, 2022.

All secular transitions in the history of mankind are remembered for ensuing major political, financial and economic crises that changed the fortunes of many.

It looks now increasinly likely that in the aftermath of Covid , Wars, throughout a protracted period of Secular Transition, major financial, economic and political crises with deep roots in an explosive mix of various asset bubbles and deep imbalances will trigger major structural changes.

High level of public and private debt, high levels of inequality, conflict between and within countries are expected to lead, first gradually then suddenly, to loss of asset values, loss of wealth, loss of jobs for many.

New opportunities will emerge.

Expect major political, economic, financial crisis, a shift from global to regional, a boost of investment in some productive assets in the west and north while a realignment of capital and business gathers momentum towards those markets in the east and south that emerge as new providers of safety, stability, predictability and sustainable growth .

These will eventually lead to a new period period of balanced stability and prosperity, with major rebuild initiatives in selected Emerging Markets of EMEA and Global South presenting a once in a lifetime opportunity for owners of companies and capital that have used the limited time given to prepare and position for this.
